	Learn cooking secrets from The Fairmont Banff Springs' culinary team. Choose from an assortment of cooking demonstrations including: Warm Goat Cheese Soufflé with Roasted Beets and Mesclun Greens or Cheese Fondue or a Fresh Salmon Tartar with Avocado. Let our knowledgeable staff take you on a wine tour of Canada.

Banff Gondola Ride	Banff Gondola Mountaintop Experience
Meet in the lobby at 9:15 a.m.
	The adventure begins with an eight minute journey to the summit of Sulphur Mountain in a modern, fully-enclosed four passenger gondola cabin. The views become increasingly spectacular as you climb 698m (2,292 ft) to an elevation of 2,281m (7,486 ft) at the Summit Upper Terminal – the departure point for a mountaintop of activities.

Ski Day

Shuttles run every half hour from the main lobby of the hotel. For ski rentals please contact the hotel at rental@banffspringsski.com to book an appointment for a fitting.

Banff National Park is home to Sunshine Village. There’s terrain to suit every level and desire, from gentle groomed runs to some of the world’s most extreme in-bounds challenges.
