February 4th - Opening Reception and Dinner
6:00 p.m. Cocktail Reception
7:15 p.m. Buffet Dinner
The evening will be themed on the idea of Wine, Beer and Food as a fun night. The setup will be from a local Winery and local Brewery. A representative from each will be on-site to talk to the guests about their products and the process behind Wine and Beer. During the evening, the guests will take part in a fun “Name that Tune” game, provided by the phenomenal, DJ Johnnie!
February 5th -
Artistic Night In Mont Tremblant
6:30 p.m. Cocktail Reception
7:30 p.m. Gala Dinner
The beauty of Mont Tremblant is the amazing scenery in the area. Tonight the guests are going to enter the room to an explosion of colours. On each of the tables, there will be small art pictures on small easels.

Spousal Activities
Spouses are welcome to enjoy breakfast with their spouse in the designated location.
As well, they are welcome to join us for the Gala Dinner on February 5th!
February 5th - Timing to be determined
 
Feel like a kid again and enjoy a festive horse drawn sleigh ride during the daytime. Our animator, storyteller and musician, will entertain the spouses with legends of Tremblant and Québécois folk songs on this sleigh ride. The ride starts along Le Gétant golf course and then through the forest. Hot chocolate and warm blankets provided. Spouses will also enjoy lunch!

LOCAL ART CLASS
Artist Workshop
Spouses will have the opportunity to discover their “Artist Within”. With this simple workshop, led by a talented local Ottawa artist, they will have the chance to paint their very own masterpiece and be proud to hang it up! This workshop is so easy that even the most stubborn beginner will walk away feeling like a Picasso!
SKI DAY at MONT TREMBLANT
 
We welcome all delegates for our full day of skiing on Saturday, February 7th!
Lift passes will be provided by Jayme Selazek prior to Saturday!
