Enjoy Whistler’s most exciting Eco Adventure!

Experienced backcountry guides will lead you through a safety orientation and then onto the 350 foot training Skyline. This exciting line takes you over 16 Mile Creek and through the surrounding old growth forest. You then head to the top of the course where you begin your descent on a further four Skylines, eventually ending up back at the base area. During the descent, the guides will provide a full Eco experience, including information on the surrounding forest and wildlife.

Winter Clothing: Warm and comfortable clothing with winter boots are necessary.

After the Skyline you are welcome to enjoy a casual three course lunch at a popular pub located at the base of Whistler Mountain. Even a few pints might be in order!

Cooking Workshop at the Exclusive Bearfoot Bistro

Meet at Registration desk at 10:15am

This exclusive workshop is held at the world renowned Bearfoot Bistro. The executive chef will open her kitchen to our group as a special event. Half the class will undergo a course in BC Oysters and Oyster shucking paired with champagne and a wine sommelier course. The other half of the group will don the sous chef aprons and prepare a three course menu led by the Bearfoot Bistro Executive Chef Melissa Craig.

Classes will switch stations during the segment and upon completion of the courses, will dine on their creations. To top it all off while participants dine, wine pairing and educational seminar will be conducted for their pleasure and enjoyment by a local sommelier.
