About Human Solutions
For nearly three decades, employers and their staff have trusted Human Solutions. Organizations count on us for our “boutique” approach. This includes robust clinical services and hands on account management. Our customers often state we are the “just right” solution… not so big that you feel lost amongst our client base and not so small that you worry about our capacity.
We maintain strong relationships with a wide range of industries and organizations—large and small, union and non-union—across Canada, the United States and around the world. Many of these relationships have spanned decades because we have helped our customers meet their human capital challenges as their organizations have grown and become leaders in their industries. In every case we are trusted to consistently deliver results that are relevant, effective and measurable.
Industries and organizations rely on Human Solutions for a complete and integrated range of human capital solutions expertly crafted to increase employee wellness, employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. These include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive counselling
- Work-life services
- Online services: health risk assessments, e-Learning, health change planning and corporate-wide
Health Challenge Events
- Trauma and critical incident response
- Prevention-oriented health promotion
- Employee and key person (e.g. management, leader) education sessions and competency training
- Utilization tracking, data and trend analysis
A distinctive feature of Human Solutions is that we were founded in 1979 by psychologists Dr. Robert Wilson and Dr. Greg Banwell, who still lead the Executive Team of the company and thereby uphold our clinical focus. Human Solutions is one of the earliest EFAP providers in Canada and has maintained its position as a respected industry leader by both adapting to changing customer needs but also continuing to provide the same high quality, face-to-face counselling our clients have come to expect.
